The Shanghai and Irkutsk factions are dissolved by the Comintern and a new five-man Korean Bureau under Voitinsky is set up in Vladivostok. The group consisted of Voitinsky, Katayama Sen, Yi Tong-hwi of the Shanghai group, Han Myong-se of the Irkutsk group, and Chong Chae-tal of Korea.
