The Nodong Kongje-hoe (Labor Fraternal Association) is organized by Cha Kum-bong, for the purpose of assisting 30,000 laborers. It was a labor organization.

The Second Congress of the Comintern is held in Petrograd and Moscow, from July 17 until August 7, 1920.

Pak Chin-sun led the Korean delegation in this congress and delivered a speech called “The Revolutionary East and the Immediate Problems of the Communist International.” He was representing the Hanin Sahoedang, the Korean Socialist Party (Yi Tong-hwi’s party).

On July 27, 1920, the Petrograd Pravda, the official newspaper organ of the Petrograd Committee of the Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks), reported on the speech given by Pak Chin-sun.

Yi Tong-hwi takes office as prime minister in the Korean Provisional Government in Shanghai.

The Choson Chong-nyon-hoe Yonhap-hoe (Korean Youth League Federation) was founded by Chang Tok-su, leader of the national reformists, who had united 113 of Korea’s youth organizations.
